PerL’amore Studio is a creative fashion space where bold concepts and refined design collide. We provide fashion design, garment customization, styling, and creative direction services, transforming ideas into wearable art and visual storytelling.

Studio Use & Booking Policy

• Appointments: All studio bookings must be scheduled in advance through our website or approved booking channel.

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposits are applied toward your total balance.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment without penalty. Requests made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% rescheduling fee.

• Cancellations: Cancellations result in forfeiture of your deposit. No refunds will be issued.
   

Conduct in the Studio
PerL’amore Studio is a professional creative environment. Clients, collaborators, and guests are expected to:

• Respect studio property, equipment, and staff.

• Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.

• Follow all safety and cleanliness guidelines.

We reserve the right to end a session without refund if inappropriate behavior occurs.

Creative Direction & Design Services
When you engage PerL’amore Studio for custom fashion or creative direction:

• Concept Approvals: All designs, looks, and themes must be approved prior to production. Once approved, changes may incur additional fees.

• Ownership: Custom designs and garments created by The Garment Surgeon (lead designer) remain the intellectual property of PerL’amore LLC, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Usage Rights: Clients may use delivered visuals (e.g., campaign photos, styled looks) for personal or promotional purposes, provided PerL’amore Studio is credited where applicable.
   

Payments
All payments must be made in full before final delivery of services or materials.
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and other forms listed at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
PerL’amore LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse service for incomplete or fraudulent payments.

Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of creative work and made-to-order garments:

• All Services Are Final Sale.

• Custom Pieces: Non-refundable once design work or fabrication begins.

• Studio Bookings: Deposits are non-refundable but transferable once (with advance notice).

• Creative Consultations: Fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
   

Photography, Videography & Content
By entering PerL’amore Studio or engaging our creative services, you consent to the potential use of behind-the-scenes photos, videos, or content captured in-studio for promotional purposes, unless you provide written notice to opt out prior to your session.
Clients retain rights to their own captured content, provided it does not misrepresent or infringe upon the brand identity of PerL’amore Studio.
Intellectual Property
All designs, sketches, concepts, and creative assets produced by PerL’amore Studio are protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws.
No part of the studio’s creative work may be copied, reproduced, or repurposed for commercial use without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
PerL’amore LLC is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage occurring during a studio session, photoshoot, or fitting.
Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PerL’amore LLC, its affiliates, designers, and staff against all claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or breach of these Terms.

Privacy
We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information without consent. 

Changes to Terms
PerL’amore Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this website. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
