A: Bookings can be made directly through our website. Bookings are only for services. For custom orders, you must first request a quote, the your consultation will be scheduled for you.

Q:What is a registration fee and is it counted towards my final balance?

A: Yes. The registration fee is a non-refundable amount required to secure your booking or service slot with PerL’amore Studio. This fee confirms your commitment and allows us to reserve studio time, materials, and creative resources for your project.

The registration fee is applied toward your final balance—it is not an additional charge. When your project or session is completed, the amount paid as your registration fee will be deducted from your total cost.

If you cancel or fail to attend your appointment, the registration fee will be forfeited, as it covers administrative and preparation costs.

Q:Can I reschedule my appointment?
